about 2 months ago i was playing football for my local team. as i jumped up into the air i landed on my foot slightly twisted which ment i heard a snap. at first i didnt think about it i was more interested in finishing the game. after the match was up i noticed my ankle was slighty swallen and hard to walk on. i rested my ankle for the week until a week later playing football again but i had to stop after 45 minutes as i was in alot of pain and couldnt move my ankle. this has carried on for the past 2 months but slowly getting more painful and happening alot quickly.
have i over worked a tendon?
have i snaped a ligament?
i hope this aint a long term injury.
