I'm 18 years old and play rugby 3 times a week and fitness 3 times a week.
3 years ago I severaly tore my groin tendon, and was out for about 3-4 months, then after recovering from that I started the next season and 1-2 months into the season I tore my groin tendon again not as severe as the first time but I was still out for most of the rest of the season. After this I was determined not to get injured again, so after seeking advice from my physio I strenghtened my groin, back, legs and stomach. Then last year I pulled my groin again after being injured for 3 weeks due to a knee injury, and this year I have pulled/strained my groin again after doing the same strenghtening routine + a hell of alot of running work, and that was 2 weeks ago I still can't run at the moment and would like all the advice I could get to recover from this injury as soon as possible and to stop getting groin injury's.
