posterior tibial tendon problem what exersizes are recommended

Question: posterior tibial tendon problem what exersizes are recommended

Answer:

See physio like Peter Dornan Toowong or see Dr. Peter Friis at Brisbane Sports Med centre for advice before causing any further damage.Need care and diagnosis.

Answer:

I agree. A tibialis posterior tendon problem can have different levels of severity and therefore different rehab needs. The cause is important. It may require supportive insoles (orthotics) to allow the tendon some relative rest. There is likely a biomechanical problem further up the kinetic chain (hip and pelvic girdle). If the tendon is degenerative...yuck!
