I underwent ACL surgery in 2008 and since then did lead a conservative approach as far as my leg workouts were concerned. Since last 5-6 months I have restarted leg workout and do whatever is possible.I abstain from jogging completely - though i do cycling. The pain still is there and there are times I really think if undergoing ACL surgery was a wise choice or what ? Please advice on what are safe exercises for my conditions which I can do....As of now I do deadlifts,squats,hack squats,leg curls,lunges.
