Recently during my training, I have been feeling pain during my shoulder pressing exercises and sometimes incline bench presses in my right shoulder. The pain is towards the back (underneath during shoulder press) and i have also felt it in the front (top during shoulder presses). The pain isnt severe but it is enough to know to stop exercising. I can still feel some pain in the rear part of my shoulder two days after my shoulder session. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
