i play tennis and i got a problem of pain in knee, particularly at patellar tendon(attaching the shin bone). due to this i cannot extend my leg also, there is reasonble bend already there. when i sit on floor and stretch my legs there is huge gap between floor and back of the knee. i am doing leg curls and leg extensions nothing working please help --saleem.
