Question: My groin and musle like on my legs hurt after i play competitive soccer.

I'm 14, since i was like 11 years old i had a groin injury i rested it for like 1 month then wen i go back to soccer it harts again like after a month. Also since i play rely competitive soccer we run for a long time and after my practice like my legs start to hurt for like 2-4 hours like the muscles on the top of my leg. i recently just took another break off of soccer for 1 moth and a half my groin didn't hurt yesterday but my muscles on my leg hurt

Hip flexor pain maybe? Have you seen a physio therapist? Results from that?

Answer:

Check your foot arches and alignment with a physio, you may need to get orthotics for your shoes.
There may be uneven build in your thigh muscles,get into a gym using leg extensions and curls etc.
Also buy a foam roller to roll out knots in the Thigh.
Sprints will catch the groin all the time, ease of them for about 6 months.
