I'm an ex football player who is still doing similar workouts as when I was actively playing (except much lower weights - max 225). When I squat or clean or do something similar I always load most of the weight onto my right hip. Even doing relatively light weights and trying to concentrate on keeping everything even I still load everything to the right side. Additionally, when I'm doing cleans I will also finish with my right hip taking most of the load. Is there something I can do to fix this. I will stop doing these exercises if I can not fix this problem because I'm sure it is not good long term.
