I slid down a hill(one foot/leg) when I was walking so I made the biggest stretch I ever did.
The next day I could hardly walk.
It sort of went better over the next months but now I am 2 years further and the muscle still hurts.
It is that muscle that goes from your hip to your groin(my penis?).
I am not sure if that would be my groin muscle.....
I am decent limber and stretching isn't to much of a problem.
I would like to know which stretches are the best to deal with this problem.
