I have damaged the tendants in my ankle 10 wks ago. I am desperate to start excerising again...can I swim? If so, for how long?

Question: I have damaged the tendants in my ankle 10 wks ago. I am desperate to start excerising again...can I swim? If so, for how long?

I am going to physio which is helping however I feel on edge as I can't excercise/ Is there anything else I can do ... like cycling?

Swimming is a great idea but don't over do it....at the most you can swim for about an hour and after that you should rest and take it easy!!
