I had my right knee ACL reconstruction in 2009 June. But My leg is not bending beyond 90 degree till date. Pl advise me.

After 15 days of Operation Fever started and I could not continued exercise for almost mid October 2009. Then i started Physiotherapy untill Aug 2010. But my leg bending not beyound 90 degree . I am worried . Pl advise

You should certainly have more than 90 degrees bend in your knee following a successful ACL reconstruction. Not knowing your rehab protocol or if there were surgical complications makes it difficult to offer detailed advice, however you should definitely seek the opinion of the surgeon who performed the operation.

I agree with Jordan, you certainly should have more than ninety degrees flexion. Three years is a long time to be that limited in movement and it will take some hard therapy or possibly even another trip to the hospital to have them loosen it up. Good luck.
