I hurt my left elbow after a lengthy lay off from weight training. So I believe I increased my weights too soon to heavier levels, before the joints etc. had built up enough strength to carry the increased weights. Male ego?
I am 55 years old fit and run and swim, always have been fit and in some form of training; but for business reasons I could not do weight training as no gym was nearby to where I was, for the past 4 months.
I do not want to take injections etc. but have done the whole 'ice bit' 3 x per day for 2 weeks ( and it helps a bit) and lots of Arnica and rest. But the sensitivity is still there. HELP! I want to go back to weight training ASAP.
