My daughter has recently returned to playing soccer after breaking her second, third, and fourth metatarsal bones in her right foot. We have been working on her sprint gait for the last four weeks trying to get back to running on the ball of foot.
She's getting better but is running flat on her right foot. Has anyone had any experience with the same problem and if so, how long did it take to regain her sprint stride?
Any suggestions in terms of gait training?
