I had a femoral neck stress fracture a year ago. The pain presented in the same manner that it does now. I just got an MRI, and it was negative. I want to keep running. Can I stretch through this? I am 14 weeks into Chicago Marathon training with a goal of sub-3 hours. I really want this, but I do not want to cause permanent damage.
